During sessions, I create a calm, relaxed environment, providing a safe space for clients to express what they are going through. I use a collaborative approach with insightful interviewing and interventions designed to encourage reflection, positive coping skills, communication, self-care, and validation. I am deeply passionate about the power of overcoming life challenges and believe that painful experiences and difficult coping can be transformed into strengths, redirected into wisdom, and ultimately released to create new peace in your life. When setting treatment goals, I work collaboratively with clients, focusing on relief, learning, and processing both present and past experiences to support emotional regulation.
