Elizabeth creates a safe place to explore what limits you as well as discover what empowers you. She is trained in Brainspotting, a deeply effective healing intervention for past experiences that negatively impact daily functioning and well-being. Elizabeth utilizes a neurobiological, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approach and educates clients on how our bodies hold emotions, traumas, and negative experiences-and how to process them in healthy ways. She also incorporates CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, IFS (parts work), mindfulness, somatic approaches, and play therapy. Her ability to help you heal and regain your life comes from her own personal struggles and healing process. Elizabeth has learned ways to create kinder and wiser spaces that foster healing and relieve suffering. She looks forward to assisting you in your healing journey-it will be the best thing you ever do for yourself! Outside of work, Elizabeth loves to kayak and hike.
