My approach I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), somatic experiencing, mindfulness therapy, grief and trauma therapies to assist you in identifying and navigating complex life situations and the resulting thoughts, emotions, and effects. Driven by your individualized needs, treatment approaches include but are not limited to thought and emotion management through mindfulness and nervous system regulation techniques. What you desire to attain is always the ultimate goal. Together, we will work to identify potential barriers and employ skills and resources to reach your personal goals for overall well-being.
