I am here to help guide you in waking up to yourself, tuning into YOU, and loving yourself and loved ones in the way you and they need to feel loved. When we are living on ?auto-pilot,? learned behaviors can become good (adaptive) habits or bad (maladaptive) habits. Let's create some awareness around what habits are actually being created so that we can brainstorm together how to purposely create the culture in your life that you are intentionally trying to create! We realize that the decision to seek counseling is not made lightly. Often, it is easier to ignore emotional and psychological difficulties in hopes that they will improve on their own. Unfortunately, in many cases, brushing these challenges under the rug doesn't resolve the real issues. Discussing your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and conflicts with another person can be of great help. If that person is unbiased, caring, professionally trained, and sensitive, then talking with that person and exploring your difficulties and concerns can be illuminating and of tremendous assistance. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively. We are passionate about collaborating with you to discover what is working and what is not working in your life. We subscribe to the belief of creating a partnership with our clients and strive to share life-changing tools for healthy relationships.
