Elizabeth Rodarte-Saldana, LCSW

Psychotherapist
CA
I consider my therapeutic approach to be personable and genuine. Therapy isn’t always easy which is why I emphasize that therapy is a team approach, starting where you are and we work together to make positive changes. I would describe my therapeutic approach as empathetic, compassionate, non-judgmental, collaborative, and empowering. I believe that fostering a welcoming, safe, and secure therapeutic relationship is important. I want my clients to feel heard, seen, and understood. We all have different personal needs and I also find it important to integrate them in therapy. As a mother of two boys, and being married, I know life can be challenging, whether it is relationship challenges, motherhood, perinatal, marital, workplace, social challenges, etc., I am here to help my clients heal and grow. I practice different modalities such as person-centered, Strengths-Based, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-focused, Solution-Focused, and Psychodynamic, all while practicing culturally sensitive care. I am a therapist at Octave, a behavioral health practice creating a new standard for mental health care that’s both high-quality and accessible.
