IMPORTANT: Thriveworks cannot provide services to clients with Medicaid coverage. If you have Medicaid, please contact your plan directly to find an in-network provider. For all other insurance plans, Thriveworks will verify your benefits after you book through Zocdoc. If verification isn't completed before your visit, you'll be charged our self-pay rate of $200 for that session. AFTER YOU BOOK: Complete these steps to avoid cancellation or being switched to self-pay. 1. Check your email for instructions to set up your Thriveworks account. Within your Thriveworks’ account, sign consent forms and add a valid credit card, which will be automatically charged for copays, fees, post-insurance balances, and self-pay amounts. 2. If using insurance, upload clear photos of the front and back of your insurance card. 3. Expect a confirmation call from our team to verify your information and answer questions. CANCELLATION POLICY: Provide 48 hours advance notice to avoid the $135 late cancellation fee. I am Elizabeth Solano, LMHC, with over 10 years of experience in mental health. I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients-from young children and adolescents to adults-navigating depression, anxiety, substance use, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and life transitions. I've also worked closely with the LGBTQIA+ community. I offer sessions in both English and Spanish. I believe everyone has strengths, and I make it a point to highlight yours throughout our work together. I'll take time to get to know you as an individual-your interests, your passions, and what brought you to therapy in the first place. I'm here to listen without judgment, learn from you, and work collaboratively toward the goals that matter most to you. We all need support sometimes-a listening ear, a fresh perspective, or help sorting through our thoughts. I know how hard it is to take that first step, but I assure you it's worth it.
