Elizabeth Walther, LCSW

Psychotherapist
CA
Hi there, I'm Elizabeth! For over 20 years, I’ve helped individuals, couples, families, and groups navigate the complexities of life and relationships. My passion is empowering people to build lives filled with connection, healing, and purpose. My approach I take a holistic view of well-being. My approach is rooted in understanding the whole person, including how relationships, identity, and culture impact mental health. Trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and deeply committed to Attachment-based approaches, I specialize in relationship repair, trauma recovery, and emotional resilience. My focus I work with people from all walks of life and am especially committed to supporting those who feel misunderstood, overlooked, or marginalized. I enjoy working with couples to move beyond conflict and disconnection and find repair and security. I also work with individuals experiencing trauma, abuse, major transitions, relational challenges, and issues related to military life. My communication style My communication style is direct, transparent, and grounded in trust. I believe that fit matters - you should feel safe, seen, and genuinely connected to your therapist. I help clients make sense of seemingly disconnected issues, uncovering patterns and insights that illuminate a clear path forward. Together, we’ll map out a plan for meaningful change that’s actionable, personalized, and grounded in who you are.
