Elizabeth Zuk, LPC

Psychotherapist
CO
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I love helping people find balance, healing, and connection in their lives. Currently, I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and work with clients ages 15 and up in individual and couples therapy. My approach My approach to therapy is both evidence-based and humanistic—I use proven tools while also focusing on the whole person. Whether you’re coming in with specific goals or just know that something feels “off,” I’ll meet you where you are and collaborate with you to create a plan that feels authentic and uniquely yours. My focus I specialize in helping partners in all types of relationships find healing, increase communication, and improve their bond with one another. While I am skilled at connecting with any type of individual or romantic relationship, I have extensive experience in treating LGBTQIA+ clients, especially teens and young adults. My communication style I would describe myself as gentle but direct, flexible, and unconditionally affirming of an individual's experience. My goals for you I work with each client to create a unique treatment plan that outlines their goals and how they learn/practice best in treatment. Whether you would like a very structured or a more conversational approach to your treatment, I can help! I provide optional resources for clients to review between sessions if they would like extra practice on skills.
