I try to meet every client where they are, offering a safe place to share their story, concerns, fears, and experiences. Together, we identify the client’s strengths, resources, and talents. Over time, the goal is for the client to utilize these strengths along with effective coping skills to manage symptoms, recognize triggers, and enjoy a higher quality of life. I believe therapy must be flexible and tailored to each individual, as not every client fits a cookie-cutter approach. Learning about the client and discovering the best way to work with them is essential to keeping them engaged. I hold a Master’s in Psychology from Regent University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate, client-centered care.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
