“I've never done any kind of therapy in my life, and I to say that I was nervous going in would be an understatement. Like a lot of people who go into therapy for the first time, I've been going through one of the hardest points in my life recently. Ellen has helped me learn different methods to help during panic attacks, and helped me break through to some deeper issues that I hadn't ever thought about before. I know we have a lot of work to do, but I honestly feel hopeful about getting to a point where I can love myself and feel like I'm enough. I would recommend her to anyone that needed help.”

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Ellen is the BEST therapist I’ve ever found, and I’ve seen various ones over many years. I love her so much & she has helped me through one of the worst times of my life in the midst of so much grief. I really don’t know what I’d have done without her. Fully feel God brought her into my life at the perfect time. I initially scheduled her to help me with my relationship through couples counseling. I know she would have been great with that, but unfortunately we only had a few sessions together before he left me in a devastating way. I continued seeing her on my own & just can’t say enough great things about her. She is so caring but also very intelligent & has so many tools to help & really challenges me, but also comforts & supports me. She has many more tools & knowledge to help me than many I’ve seen & has a lot of experience in various areas. I’d recommend her to everyone.
Ellen is my first therapist and I don’t know if I just lucked out or if my gut just really knew that the bio matched with what I needed but it’s the most perfect fit. I feel heard, understood, and comfortable. I leave every appointment in a better mood than when I started. Ellen provides wonderful resources whether it’s a YouTube video that resonates with me personally and how to better myself, or an activity that helps me during a stressful episode…but everything feels so personal to who I am and what fits my needs. I am so sincerely happy with our sessions and the progress. I highly recommend Ellen. I came in with zero expectations but she has more than made me believe in the process and I’m very thankful.
