I am a native Oregonian, a wife, a mother, and a lifelong seeker of education, growth, and happiness. I graduated from Oregon State University in 2019 with a bachelors in psychology and I graduated from the University of California in 2023 with a masters in social work. The most profound discovery I have had as a therapist is that life is painful for everyone at different points in their lives. I work with clients experiencing mild to moderate mental health disorders ages 12 years old to 60 years old, diagnosed with depression and/or anxiety, experiencing the recent death of a loved one, exploring gender identity, transitioning from school to work, going through a divorce, trying to find the meaning of life, or having difficulties making major decisions. I am here to support you, to listen without judgment, and provide tools to help with healing, growth, and happiness. I am a master's-level candidate holding a certificate to practice in Oregon as a social work associate. I practice under a board-approved clinical supervisor.
