I work collaboratively with each client to help them clarify their goals and develop personalized strategies to achieve them. I view clients as the experts of their own experiences and aim to support their growth by fostering insight, resilience, and meaningful change. My focus I work with adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, stress, self-esteem concerns, and relationship issues. My approach is collaborative and supportive, tailored to meet each individual's unique needs and goals. My communication style I strive to create a non-judgmental, supportive environment where clients feel safe to express themselves openly. My style is empathetic and understanding, while also gently challenging clients to reflect, grow, and explore new ways to improve their lives. I value authenticity and bring a calm presence to each session, using humor when appropriate to connect with clients and ease the weight of difficult or overwhelming topics. My journey to mental healthcare My interest in psychology began in high school, sparked by a curiosity about human behavior and the factors that influence how we think, feel, and relate to others. Since then, this curiosity has guided my path and continues to inspire my work as a therapist.
