I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, and other emotional challenges, helping them build resilience and confidence along the way.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person-centered care, I work alongside clients to gain insight, develop healthy coping skills, and build on their existing strengths. Together, we’ll focus on creating meaningful, lasting change while working toward greater emotional well-being and personal growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
