Hello, I'm Ellise, a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) with a Master of Social Work (MSW). For the past six years, I've been dedicated to supporting individuals in Ohio through outpatient settings, focusing on both mental health and substance abuse. My experience spans treating many diagnoses including PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, BPD and substance abuse. I work exclusively with adult clients, as I believe this allows me to provide the most focused and effective care possible. My therapeutic approach is rooted in a variety of evidence-based practices, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). These modalities enable me to tailor my approach to each individual's unique needs, helping them navigate the complexities of mental health and substance abuse disorders.
