I earned my Master's in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach. I am passionate about supporting all of my clients through challenges to experience healing and growth in their lives. My approach My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client I work with. I will meet you with empathy, open-mindedness, and unconditional positive regard. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients to identify treatment priorities and provide support throughout the process. My focus I have found that my style and approach are a good fit for adults who may be dealing with the challenges of life transitions and social pressures. This often takes the form of anxiety, depression, grief, and stress. I work to help my clients navigate these transition periods and build skills that allow them to feel better about themselves and develop a more positive outlook on life. My communication style My communication style is calm, accommodating, and personable. I want my clients to feel comfortable talking with me about anything, and I pride myself on my ability to listen without judgment. My journey to therapy I decided to become a therapist because I have always wanted to help people. Whether as a social worker working with individuals and families, volunteering in my community, or being a trusted and loyal friend, I have naturally been drawn to helping people through difficult times. I enjoy seeing individuals become the best versions of themselves.
