Are you looking for a space to better understand yourself, your past, and the person you want to be in the future? I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Clinical Social Work from Bryn Mawr College, specializing in trauma recovery, depression, anxiety, and substance use. I am here to help you dive into understanding not only how to grow in the present but also what pieces have come together to create the person you are today. We don't exist in a vacuum; therefore, I take a holistic approach that works with the confluence of mental, social, and cultural factors surrounding each individual. One of the most difficult parts of therapy is choosing to begin. Congratulations on making it this far. I would be overjoyed to walk alongside you as you continue on this journey of growth and self-love.

What should a new client know about working with you?

"I use a client-led approach. During our first session I will ask what brought you to treatment. I will ask you about what has worked for you in the past and what hasn't. We will discuss together what you want your treatment to look like and how my skills can best help you. Later sessions are unstructured and focus on what you would like to bring to the table. My goal is to listen and notice patterns of both strength and struggle, and to reflect them back to you. I believe that, in the end, you know best what you need. My job is to act as a mirror, to provide a framework, and to ask the right questions at the right time, so that you can better see and understand your own journey."

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services.
