When we feel stuck in a problem, it can seem like we are never going to get out of it. It might feel like there are unending cycles that are too difficult to break and sometimes feel hopeless. Does this sound familiar? Are you struggling with stress, anxiety, relational issues, or personal struggles? The transitions in life that individuals are working to navigate can seem impossible. My hope is that we can work through this together. I work with young adults and adults who deal with stress, anxiety, depression, relational conflict, and other mental health issues. I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University and a Bachelor's degree from Baylor University.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am encouraged that you are here in hopes of creating change. My hope is to provide a safe space where you can share your stories, struggles and hopes for the future as we work together to co create the desired outcome for your unique experiences. This will allow for relief to be found to take steps towards the future you desire. There is always hope. Through open communication and continued conversation, I aim to create an open environment for storytelling by embracing the intricate history of a client while keeping the goals and preferred future of my client top of mind.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

believe that individuals are the experts in their own lives. Unfortunately, these same individuals occasionally forget their own capabilities when life throws obstacles their way. I am passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and work to find measurable tasks and tools to help them get closer to the life they want to be living. Taking the step to ask for help is incredibly courageous and as a therapist I never take this for granted. Therefore, I do my best to work through open communication and provide unique therapy for each of my clients including both faith-based and non-faith-based approaches.
