Psychotherapist
GA
I work with clients to help them navigate challenges, heal from past experiences, and build meaningful lives. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices so that together we can move toward the changes you are hoping for. My approach My approach to treatment is collaborative and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, choosing the method that best supports your goals. Together we will explore both practical skills and deeper healing work so you can reduce distress, strengthen resilience, and live in a way that feels more aligned with your values. My focus I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, OCD, or difficult life transitions and who want both relief from their symptoms and tools to move forward. Many of my clients are motivated to understand themselves more deeply and are seeking a safe space where they can process painful experiences while also learning practical strategies for daily life. I support them by combining evidence-based approaches with a compassionate and collaborative style so they feel both supported and empowered in their growth. My communication style My communication style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I listen closely and provide feedback in a way that is supportive while also helping you gently challenge unhelpful patterns in a non-judgmental environment. In our work together, you can expect a balance of compassion, curiosity, and practical guidance so that you feel both understood and empowered. My journey to mental healthcare I’ve always been passionate about psychology and helping people heal. My early work supporting survivors of trauma and individuals with severe and persistent mental health challenges shaped my compassionate, trauma-informed approach.
