I’ve spent over 10 years supporting children, teens, young adults, and families as they navigate anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, behavioral challenges, and life transitions. I believe that healing starts with feeling safe, seen, and understood, and I prioritize building a strong, trusting relationship with every client.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I draw from trauma-informed, strengths-based practices, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of the individual or family. Whether I’m working with a child managing big emotions, a teen under stress, or a family navigating change, my goal is to help clients feel heard, empowered, and supported as they build coping skills, resilience, and lasting positive change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
