Psychotherapist

Therapy is a collaborative space for you to slow down, sort through what’s on your mind, and figure out your next steps. Clients might come to me when they're dealing with stress, anxiety, life changes, trauma, or other life challenges. My aim is to keep our work both supportive and practical. As a team, we’ll find new perspectives and tools that fit your life and help you move forward with more clarity and confidence. My approach My approach is grounded in compassion and curiosity, creating a space where you can feel heard and supported. I often use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you make sense of your thoughts and feelings, and to build tools that fit your life. For children and teens healing from trauma, I specialize in Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) to gently work through difficult experiences. I sometimes bring in EMDR techniques when they can help deepen the healing process. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, exploring challenges together and taking practical steps toward the changes you want to see. My focus Most of my time as a therapist has been dedicated to working with adolescents (kids & teens) and young adults. With children, I often support those navigating the effects of trauma, school-related stress, and anxiety - helping them build coping skills and confidence in a safe, encouraging space. With young adults, conversations are often centered around life transitions, managing anxiety and depression, exploring identity, and finding balance through the pressures of college, career, and relationships. My goal is to meet you where you are, understand what matters most to you, and help you develop the tools and perspective you need to feel more grounded and empowered.
