Hi, I'm Endrysa, a bilingual (English/Spanish) Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern based in Tampa, FL. I work with preteens, teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, identity development, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Motivational Interviewing. I tailor each session to the person in front of me, meeting you where you are and moving at a pace that feels right for you. I earned my Master of Science in Clinical and Counseling Psychology, with a concentration in Trauma Studies, from Chestnut Hill College. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions in English and Spanish. If you're ready to take the first step, I'd be honored to support you as we work together toward healing, growth, and a life that feels more meaningful to you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. Sessions with me are a space to slow down, be honest, and move at a pace that feels right for you, there's no pressure to have it all figured out before we start. I draw from CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems, and Motivational Interviewing, but I tailor each session to you rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. I especially enjoy working with clients who are curious about themselves and ready for change, even if they're unsure where to begin. I also believe healing doesn't always have to feel heavy, so expect honesty and depth, but also warmth, and even a little humor along the way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We'll start by getting to know each other and understanding what brought you to therapy, your history, what's been weighing on you, and what you're hoping to work toward. From there, we collaborate on a plan tailored to you, drawing from CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems, and Motivational Interviewing depending on what fits best. Sessions may include reflection, practical tools, and honest conversation, always moving at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to help you build greater self-awareness, healthier coping strategies, and a stronger sense of who you are, whether we're working through a difficult season or exploring longer-standing patterns.
