Getting to know Enrique Botello
Hello, my name is Enrique. Glad you are seeking support.
Life is not all about sunshine and rainbows, but a good thing is that they do exist, right? Often, life will confront us with emotional obstacles that make us feel stuck or hopeless. I help people reach the best version of themselves, even when life throws rocks at them.
Whether you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or experiencing other serious mental health symptoms, there is always hope. Using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, I guide people through a process that supports recovery at different paces. No matter how long the road to your best self takes, I will be alongside you.
I hold a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Bachelor's degree, both from California State University, Fresno.
Finally, although not a requirement, I specialize in working with athletes of all ages. Sports create a lot of pressure both in and out of the game. Whether it's keeping grades up during school to continue playing or a professional athlete facing personal problems, I am here for you.
*To ensure enough time for your appointment, please schedule on Saturdays at the start of the hour-for example, 9:00 am or 11:00 am.
Thursday evening appointments are only available at 6:30 pm.
What should a new client know about working with you?
In the first session, I will obtain information to create a specialized plan for you. It is always important to customize treatment goals for every individual because things vary from life problems and personalities. Once we get started things can always change and remember I am here to help reach your goals, not mine. This means you are a crucial part of the process.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
