Hi there, I'm Enrique! I am a bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish), eclectic therapist assisting people of all ages, males and females, for over 30 years using a mind and body holistic approach. I assist people in increasing their understanding of the process of personal growth and how to help themselves using various traditional and non-traditional methods. My approach I am a person-centered, eclectic therapist who assists people to increase their understanding of the process of personal growth and how to help themselves by using various traditional and non-traditional methods. Brainspotting (BSP) is the most recent one I bring to practice. My focus I assist people who are challenged by chronic mental illness, addictions including alcohol and/or drugs, intimate partner violence, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, family/couple conflict, grief, parenting, managing emotions, relationships, and identity. My communication style A person-centered, attuned, and supportive therapy is provided. My journey to mental healthcare I started providing therapy because I care about understanding the challenges a person experiences and appreciate the opportunity to help. My goals for you I conduct an ongoing assessment which identifies needs, assists in developing treatment plan goals (s), and provides support and interventions to make progress and achieve the goal(s).
