What should a new client know about working with you?

During the first 2-3 sessions we will go through a full bio-psychosocial assessment, discuss your goals and reasons for seeking treatment. These first few sessions will give you an opportunity for you to see my therapeutic style and if it fits your needs. After the first 2-3 sessions we will dive in to your issues and goals. I will utilize different therapeutic modalities and empower you to make positive changes to your thoughts and behaviors in order to reduce your symptoms and help you reach your goals. Expect to take away increased coping skills and improved insight from these sessions. After we have been working together for awhile and you have developed increased coping skills and tools to challenge your mental health symptoms, we will continue to check-in to monitor your symptoms.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
