I believe striving for balance in all things is unrealistic. Change is the only constant. True growth comes from cultivating awareness of that change, allowing us to navigate it consciously. Through the IFS framework, I’ll guide you in understanding your inner world and equip you with tools to handle life’s complexities with greater clarity and resilience.
