I believe there are many reasons we struggle with mental health issues or addiction. Therefore, my approach is tailored to your needs to work toward the best possible outcome. My approach to therapy is to meet you where you are and empower you to take the next step through goal-setting and skill-building. I hope to help you push through fears and learn healthy coping methods. Regularly confiding in someone gives us a sense of security and peace of mind. I have experience in counseling individuals and couples dealing with addictions (drugs, alcohol, sex), relationship issues, sex therapy, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, and anger management. Life's journey is joyous at times and challenging at others. Through counseling, I believe every person can achieve a fulfilling and meaningful life.
