My focus My style and approach fit well with adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, stress, and other life challenges. I work with my clients to develop healthy coping skills that allow them to manage the stressors of life effectively. My communication style My communication style is personable. I want my clients to feel comfortable being their authentic selves and to be able to talk to me about anything while I listen attentively, making it clear they are being heard. My goals for you My approach to goal setting is collaborative. Together, we will create attainable goals and track the progress made throughout therapy. My first session with you During the first session, clients can expect to spend most of the time discussing what brings them to therapy. I will ask questions to gain a better understanding, with the goal of building a connection and learning what you hope to gain from therapy.
