I often use Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients change dysfunctional patterns and start living the life they deserve. My approach Each client has unique goals. My job is to find the best approach that fits their needs. I commonly use Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to view the client’s perspective through their lens, working side-by-side throughout therapy. My focus I specialize in guiding teens and young adults through stormy phases of life, transforming stress and anxiety into strength and resilience. Together, we uncover personalized coping strategies that empower you to rise above challenges and embrace a brighter outlook. My journey to mental healthcare My journey as a therapist stems from a belief in the potential within each individual to lead a fulfilling life despite challenges. I am passionate about empowering others to achieve their mental health goals. The pinnacle of my experience comes from witnessing clients transform their perspectives and foster mental wellness. I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Valdosta State University and hold a Bachelor’s degree from Georgia State University.
