I am passionate about helping individuals navigate difficult times and create the change they want. I provide therapeutic techniques tailored to enable individuals to manage daily life stressors, depression, anxiety, and anger management, to name a few. I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
