I provide Telehealth Services so you can conveniently attend therapy appointments from your home without the need to travel.
I hold a Master's in Social Work from Wright State University and Miami University and have 10 years of experience working in the social service field. I use a Trauma-Informed Care approach and specialize in empowering individuals who have experienced trauma. I design my interventions based on the best fit for each client's individual needs, strengths, values, and beliefs. I have a direct style that is nurturing and authentic. I look forward to walking beside you on your journey of mental and emotional wellness.
What should a new client know about working with you?
As your therapist, I can help you learn about the relationship between your thoughts, moods, physical symptoms and behaviors. Along the way we can collaborate to develop skills to help you manage stress and any difficult emotions you may be experiencing.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
