I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed Care (TIC), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Process/Psychodynamic Therapy and anger management, with a client-centered approach that meets the individualized and unique needs of each person.
