My goal is to work together with you to create a more fulfilling life you can enjoy. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Montclair State University. I have knowledge and experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in various settings. I have had many opportunities to assist individuals and families in an array of areas including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral issues, grief/loss, interpersonal issues, and parental/family challenges. I often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Solution-Focused Therapy techniques with my clients based on their presenting issues. I adapt my therapeutic style to meet the unique needs of the individual and/or family. I truly believe that therapy is an exceptional tool to facilitate individuals working toward positive growth.
