I believe that learning to trust yourself is one of the most powerful skills a young person can build, especially when you're navigating your identity or managing big, overwhelming emotions. My work is dedicated to supporting children and adolescents, particularly those in the LGBTQIA+ community and those struggling with anger. My first priority is to be an unwavering advocate for your or your child, creating a judgment-free space where you are safe, seen, and truly heard.

What should a new client know about working with you?

In our sessions, we focus on building practical tools to manage feelings and navigate life’s obstacles using proven, trauma-informed methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and a strengths-based approach. Ultimately, my goal is to empower you or your child to find confidence in your own voice and trust your ability to handle whatever comes your way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through ZocDoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our initial assessment visit.
