I have an extensive history working with individuals struggling with issues including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, and personality disorders. My communication style People seek psychotherapy for a variety of reasons, which may include intense and persistent sadness, prolonged stress, anxiety, relationship issues, marital distress, etc. Usually, resources such as the help of friends and family have not been enough to help resolve these issues. Through psychotherapy, I seek to assist my clients in developing insight and awareness of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that may impact daily life. My journey to mental healthcare I earned my BA in Psychology and an MA in Clinical Psychology. I also earned my PsyD (Doctor of Psychology) at Alliant International University – California School of Professional Psychology in 2006. I have extensive experience working with a variety of issues, including severe and persistent mental illness. I have been an Adjunct Professor at Alliant International University. Additionally, I provide supervision and training to psychology interns for the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health. This education, training, and experience have provided the foundation for my clinical work. My goals for you I believe in working alongside my clients to discover new ways of coping with life's challenges. I work collaboratively with my clients to develop treatment goals.
