In 2010, I earned my clinical social work license, and in 2022, I was designated as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. Throughout my career, I have worked in various mental health settings, including foster care, adoptions, residential treatment, community mental health, medical, military, and private practice. My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based interventions, particularly for addressing traumatic stress symptoms caused by abuse or neglect in both children and adults. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, stress, and multicultural/diversity issues. Additionally, I provide support for military personnel and veterans, understanding the unique challenges they face.
