Hello, I am Erin Donofrio, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that is passionate about helping individuals to address and resolve their life challenges. I have been working in the field of Social Work for 25 years and I have been practicing as a licensed clinical therapist for 20 years. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with individual's of all ages on a variety of mental health related issues to include Substance Use Disorders, Co-Occurring SUD/MH Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Depressive Disorders, Bipolar and Mood Disorders, Psychotic Disorders and Trauma Disorders. Throughout the years, I have had the opportunity to be trained on and to practice a variety of theoretical interventions to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psychoanalytic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy. I prefer to practice from a client centered approach which best allows for the assessment of individual treatment needs and addressing those treatment needs with empathy, support and understanding. Throughout the years, I have been able to develop a creative and eclectic style of practicing interventions that best meet individual treatment needs, while achieving the best possible treatment effectiveness and outcomes.
