Erin Gienger, AMFT

Erin Gienger, AMFT

Psychotherapist
1760 The Alameda, Ste 100, San Jose, CA
The world is a fast-paced, busy place, but I see therapy as a time when I can slow down everything with a client and get to know how they experience this world. I view therapy as a journey that I am honored to take with my clients. I do therapy collaboratively with a client because we both bring something to the therapy table, but the client is the expert on their lived experiences. I enjoy the work I do with clients of all ages and groupings. I have had therapeutic experiences with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, families, couples, and groups. As someone who has experienced many transitions in my life, I am excited to assist anyone going through a transition or a few of them in their life. Also, I am particularly humbled when I have the opportunity to do therapy with others who have experienced trauma in their lives. I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide. Thank you for considering me as your future therapist. Erin Gienger is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and is currently working under the supervision of a licensed practitioner. Their CA license number is 145403, and their current employer is Process Therapy Institute.
