My Experience Having worked in mental health for 12 years, I have had the privilege of treating children, adolescents and young adults. My experience includes mood and personality disorders, suicidal tendencies, self-harming behaviors, anxiety, depression, emotional distress, LGBTQ, gender identity, anger management, and trauma. My Treatment Focus My area of expertise includes adolescents and young adults. I incorporate non-traditional approaches, such as art therapy, and walk-and-talk therapy. I implement humor, while focusing on interpersonal psychotherapy concerns, to achieve a customized treatment plan.
