I'm Erin, and I'm here to help you find calm in the storm. My goal is to help you find connection and compassion for yourself - to help you remember you're more than what you do. My approach I use a combination of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness skills, and Somatic Therapy to help you build tools to regulate emotions, set boundaries, and reconnect with yourself. I use a relational, trauma-informed approach that includes mindfulness and body-based practices to help you feel grounded, safe, and present - even in chaos. My focus You’re the one everyone counts on — at work, at home, in every crisis. The strong one. But lately, it’s too much. Burnout is hitting hard. Even the smallest things feel overwhelming. You’ve done everything “right,” but you still feel like you’re falling apart. Our sessions are a soft place to land. You don’t have to perform here. My communication style My communication style is focused on clarity, kindness, and curiosity. When we're working through tough feelings, I stay present, engaged, and centered to give you space to feel what you need to feel without judgment. This is a safe place to feel like crap. My journey to mental healthcare I became a therapist because I saw suffering in the world and wanted to help relieve it. Over my career, I've witnessed the transformative power that compassion and connection have. I'm driven by my conviction that everyone has inherent worth and deserves that compassion and connection - and the healing that they provide. My goals for you In our first session together, we'll set goals for where you want to go in therapy. I know that life gets messy, so we'll be able to pivot or adjust goals to keep them in line with what's important to you. My first session with you In our first session, we'll spend our time getting to know each other. We'll talk about what challenges bring you to therapy, and you can ask me questions you have about my approach to therapy and get to know my personality.
