Getting to know Ernestine Passas

I am a passionate therapist who desires to walk alongside clients by offering empathy and a safe space. Having experienced mental illness and addiction within my own family, I have developed a deep passion to help others heal through their process. I hold a bachelor's degree in Addiction and Recovery from the University of Southern California and a master's in Social Work from USC. I have worked with the chronically homeless and severely mentally ill populations (MDD, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, etc.). Working in this field has broadened my worldview while also encouraging me to consider cultural factors. I take a holistic approach by viewing the person as a whole, including environment, spirituality, and other factors impairing wellness.
