Getting to know Esly Valdeon

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience. I graduated from the University of Miami in 1996. My aim as a psychotherapist is to help people identify and change troubling behaviors, thoughts and emotions. Throughout the years, I have helped clients develop healthier and effective habits by using scientifically validated techniques. I use a practical approach to treatment in order to help clients develop effective coping skills. I am also a qualified clinical supervisor for Mental Health counselors and Marriage and Family therapists in the state of Florida. I have worked in my own private practice for over ten years. Making my clients feel comfortable and safe in the therapeutic process is my main goal as a therapist.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
