Psychotherapist

You’re constantly told that you are strong—you wake up, smile, and keep it moving, even when you’re running on empty. You hold in your needs, afraid to disappoint others, constantly balancing the weight of family expectations with your dreams. You overachieve, you please, and you rarely slow down. Deep down, you’re craving peace, joy, and the freedom to set boundaries without guilt. You deserve to feel seen, supported, and finally put yourself first. Your body holds generations of trauma, yet it also holds the wisdom to heal. Together, we can reestablish your internal safety and promote a healthy mind and body connection. My approach is rooted in compassion, cultural awareness, and somatic practices that help you reconnect with your body, reclaim your voice, and honor your truth. My approach As a therapist, I strive to create a welcoming space where you can simply be—no pressure, no judgment, just room to breathe, feel, and heal. My priority is fostering a sense of safety, so you feel truly seen, heard, and supported as you explore vulnerability and step into your healing journey with courage. I believe therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, which is why I integrate a variety of approaches—including EMDR, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and somatic techniques—to meet your unique needs. Together, we’ll work to reconnect mind and body, reestablish safety within yourself, and move toward meaningful healing—at your pace, in your way. I deeply believe that we are all wired to heal. The brain is malleable—capable of growth, change, and repair. When we give ourselves permission to slow down and safely process the pain, trauma, and emotions we’ve learned to push down, we begin to reconnect with our inner strength and wisdom. Healing happens when the mind and body feel safe enough to let go and move forward, one step at a time.
