Psychotherapist
CA
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 15 years of experience helping people develop and reach their goals. I know that starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to begin this journey toward healing and growth. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. My approach In my practice, I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to best support each person’s unique needs. Over the years, I’ve worked with clients facing a wide range of challenges, including grief and loss, abandonment, depression, anxiety, parenting struggles, anger, and even parenting. Because no two people are the same, I tailor my approach to fit you, your goals, your challenges, and your personal journey. Sometimes that means focusing on a specific issue and working together to find practical solutions. Other times, it involves exploring and processing emotions that feel overwhelming or hard to name. Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges—whether with a partner, a child, a family member, or even within yourself—we’ll approach it together, at your pace. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can feel supported and understood as we work toward growth and healing. My focus I love being a helper. I help clients identify and process their thoughts, feelings, and identify barriers to their success and well-being. The end goal of therapy for my clients is to be able to take their new life tools and knowledge, and to be able to independently apply them and maintain the progress they have made. I have successfully helped clients struggling with loss, abandonment, depression, anxiety, parenting, anger, and family conflicts. Helping clients take control over their lives. I have over 15 years of experience working as a psychotherapist helping young adults, parents, and families develop and work toward their own goals.
