Hi, I am Estee,
Do you want to improve the way you feel? We can work to create that!
In a safe, nurturing space we actively engage in a process of self discovery that facilitates growth. We undertake the task together by uncovering old patterns that do not serve us anymore and replacing them with new ones that are in alignment with our higher potential. This is done with a technique called Emotionally-Focused Individual Therapy or EFIT. EFIT is an evidence based technique that has been proven time and time again to improve quality of life.
What should a new client know about working with you?
We undertake the task together in each session of uncovering old patterns that do not serve the client. We discuss how these patterns have influenced the client's life. With these insights, the client has a clearer sense of meeting their current goals.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
