Getting to know Estela Alejandre
Hi! I'm Estela,
Do you ever feel that you have too much going on? Are you in a transition, or having trouble coping with life stressors? Or often feel stuck with demands of life. A lot of people experience these things in different ways and often times, they just need a reminder of who they truly are and let them discover their own potential.
I describe myself as gentle, non-judgmental, empathic and Iike to meet my clients where they are.
Together, we will identify your strengths, explore your emotions, thoughts, relationships and experiences and come up with coping strategies you can use to feel more confident moving forward in life.
I know it can be intimidating even making the first appointment, but it is through your first step that success will come.
More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
