I bring a warm, collaborative presence to my work with children, teens, young adults, and families. With experience in both school and private practice settings, I strive to create a space where young people feel understood, supported, and encouraged to grow. Using CBT, DBT, play therapy, and talk therapy, I tailor each session to meet clients where they are.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
