What should a new client know about working with you?
In this collaborate form of treatment, we will work together to determine your goals and learn ways to achieve them by learning how to improve self worth, implement coping skills and understand the deeper roots of our pain and life patterns. This process will allow you the opportunity to feel free and live your life.
My goal is to provide you the highest quality of care and help foster an overall healthier outlook on life. In our sessions, we will utilize evidenced based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Theory, Positive Psychology, Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness based theories.
