Welcome to my page! I'm incredibly proud of you for showing up for yourself. I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in California with over 15 years of experience serving clients who desire to heal from adversity, grief and loss, trauma, and stress across the lifespan. I earned both my Bachelor's degree and Master’s in Mental and Social Health Services and Allied Professions from Florida International University. I’m passionate about empowering others to bring their life, career, and relationships into thriving alignment.

What should a new client know about working with you?
Everyone's story is unique, and every person deserves an individualized approach to treatment. Initially, I will provide you with a comprehensive psychological intake evaluation where we will determine the best treatment plan for your presenting problems. Clients appreciate my professional training and areas of expertise as well as my open, curious, and authentic approach to therapy. We will work collaboratively to create an evidence-based, individually tailored and integrative approach to therapy considering your unique needs, values and goals. I support individuals to look at all aspects of their lives - the physical, sexual, social/relational, professional, spiritual, nutritional, sleep and lifestyle habits as these have proven to greatly impact overall well-being and mental health.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
