What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, PTSD, ADHD, and grief. My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, and I tailor each session to meet your unique needs using tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, play therapy, and motivational interviewing. At the heart of my work is a deep respect for your story and your reasons for seeking therapy. I believe that healing begins with a strong, trusting connection, and I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
