I place utmost importance on establishing rapport at the start of therapy. My key approach is Client-Centered, conveying understanding and compassion toward clients' experiences. My focus I typically work with adult clients dealing with anxiety, anger issues, family conflicts, trauma, and depression. My communication style I believe communication and collaboration between client and therapist are vital to therapy's success. I encourage openness in sharing thoughts and feelings to create a safe environment. I am mindful of what I say and how I say it, making a conscious effort to express observations empathically to validate clients' experiences. My journey to therapy I have always had a genuine interest in social interactions, human behaviors, and how the mind works. As a therapist, I have met a wide variety of people with different personalities. I find it rewarding to see positive results from clients' treatment. It is fulfilling to help people work through difficult times, gain better understanding of themselves, and view their experiences from new perspectives.
